A white pedestal bowl with a pink coffee filter flower on a gray shelf, with another white pedestal bowl and candlestick holder in the background.

Do you remember this story?

Do you remember when I hosted that ZOOM meeting to show us all how to make those illustrations?

I’ve been thinking a lot about it and I enjoyed it so much and we had so much fun.

And I’m thinking I want to host another one.

Or maybe just a Facebook Live if ZOOM is too much for everyone. Again, no charge or anything like that—I just want to give back to you all because you give so much to me. I can give you a list of supplies and we can all craft and DIY together.

What do you think?

Can you give me some input in the comments?

Would you like to see:

  • A pillow DIY?
  • DIY artwork project?
  • A wreath project?
  • An air dry clay DIY?
  • A DIY frame project?
  • Or maybe something else I haven’t thought of yet

So to inspire you and give you some ideas and to demonstrate that I can actually DIY—I wanted to share some easy projects.

I really like easy.

Short, simple, inexpensive projects that take a minute and give me a sense of crafting accomplishment and make me so happy.  Please tell me I’m not the only one.  Please tell me I’m not alone.  Please tell me you have been getting to know your scrapbook paper collection better, too.

And just in case you are out of projects?  I have a few suggestions.

Here are 10 simple craft projects for under $10.

YES PLEASE! Any one of these are SO CUTE and FUN! I think it would be a great idea if it isn't too much on you and your busy schedule. I was SO looking forward to the Zoom illustration class, but it was already full. I'm looking forward to going back and looking at the recording. I understand there is a limit, but I'm wondering how this could be done so everyone that wants to can join in. 🤔 I guess Facebook, but so many have left fb or never had an account to begin with. I couldn't use this way either. Hmmmm, not sure how to get everyone involved. Have the most beautiful Mother's Day weekend! On Sunday we are celebrating with church and then my son in-love and husband will be making my daughter, granddaughter, and I....well all of us😂, lunch out on their deck.Nothing like family time, flowers, food, laughter, and oh so grateful hearts! It's suppose to be gorgeous weather here!

KariAnne What a great ideas. Once the kids were grown I have never been one for a lot of homemade items in my home, but Please don't think I am snooty because I certainly am not. But if I was to choose a group project it would be air dry clay. I've never used it. Zoom or FB for me. Have a great Saturday and mothers day.
